Congee

 (aka Jook) or Rice Porridge can be eaten as a simple base food; with added ingredients to make it more tasty & nourishing; or with specific (usually culinary type) Herbs as a healing porridge, directed to specific ailments ranging from colds, to digestive disorders, to headaches and more serious symptomology.
